Hello Neighbor…

It’s time for our annual meeting again. The meeting will be on October 15, 2025, starting at 6:30. We have reserved Cascadas Hall again this year located at 1071 Country Club Road to provide as much convenience as possible for everyone to attend.

A proxy, an agenda and the proposed budget for 2025/2026 can be found in the attachments. Please access www.countryplaceassociation.com and review the minutes for 2024 meeting before this year’s meeting to expedite approval thereof. It is our desire that everyone attend but if you can’t, please complete the enclosed proxy and send it with your appointee (make sure that person is definitely attending)….OR, there will be a “proxy box” located at 509 Timber Oaks Dr by our front door.

We pay Cascadas Hall $250.00 to use their facilities. In accordance with our By Laws, if we don’t make quorum at the first meeting, we must postpone the meeting until a later date and then vote on our budget and issues with whatever number shows up and we would have to pay another $250.00 for a second meeting providing the facility is available. Please complete tpay another $250.00 for a second meeting providing the facility is available. Please complete the proxy if you can’t attend so we can attain a quorum at the first meeting.
